My Vacations In Florida:

For my vacations I traveled to The U.S.A, to Florida Miami for a week. I stayed at the hotel double tree, which is in front of the beach! the hotel is situated at north Miami beach, I fell in love with the place, with the landscape, the beaches and the people also, they are really kind and are always trying to help others, that impressed me.
If i had the opportunity to go back again, i'm not going to think it twice. I absolutely recommend, the food is awesome, the place is very relaxed, the landscape is so colorful and the people in Miami beach are really kind.

If you like the beach, the relaxed places and incredible food and attention, my friend, Miami beach is for you.

Rugby match

Broked Rule

In the last rugby match on March 19 the player Jonah Lomu broked a rule, he was on the floor  and takled a guy, that is not acceptable because the rugby rules say that you can not tackle a player  if your knees are touching the ground. How I said before this is not acceptable.
I would like that the referee try to be more concentrated in the game, watch the players in the ground and had their eyes opened all the game.
Thanks and good bye.

Patricio Garcia and I absolutely think that the second one is the best one! if full of information, is colorful and had great pic! but the images are not good pasted, just a detail doesn't  matter.
the first one is horrible, had no information, is not attractive, and had no name on it, just said sleep pyramid and its all.

I think that this activity was funny and is a good manner to  help to our teachers to correct tests, because they have a lot of work.

400 words article

Forms To Prevent The damage That Vending Machines Cause:

Hello everybody, today Im going to talk to you  about how to prevent Vending Machines damage in our children's.
The first thing we have to do or try to is to change the food and snack's sells by the Vending Machines.
If we can change the amount of sodium and calories in the snack's sell it will be a great step to prevent the obesity in children's. Now if we can change the snack's and junk food the the vending machines sells and replace it with  fruits and vegetables and diet cola a or water, we are not just preventing our children's obesity we are teaching to they to have good eating habits too.

In the U.S.A the U.S department of agriculture is proposing for food and beverages sold in school Vending Machines to prevent the damage on children's weight. The rule aim to cut down the amount of sodium, sugar and calories in the products sold to the school community.
If the vending machines change the snack's the sell, the sodium and calories that the product contain and we replace it for whole grain, fruits, vegetables, water, diet soda or daily products that contain less than the 10 percent of the daily value of calories and sodium they can continue working in much states of the U.S.A and in much more parts of the world.
The kids would grow up healthiness and stronger than if the vending machines don't change.

Thank  God that in the Mackay school we only have one vending machine from Coca-cola company, the worst rhing is that they don't sell water or diet juice, the only thing diet they sell is the coca-cola light that dislike all the Mackay students, so nobody buys the diet products.

Lucas Rinso a nutritionist graduated from Havart, the most prestigious university in the word.
Lucas said that a Coca-Cola bottle have more than the 25 percent of daily sugar, sodium and calories, that is too much for a kid, he said too that 2 daily bottles of Coca-Cola make yo to have a 60 percent more of provability of have diabetes, 80 percent of be obese and takes you 3 year less of life.

Lucas was the best student in his class, he got the best punctuation in the PSU so his opinion is very important.

We must do something, we have to make a change, not only in the school, in the world too. If we want to save our children's future. We have to make a difference, stop selling high calories products and encourage childrens to consume water, fruits and vegetables.

Thanks.
