Photo description (rugby match)
In this photo you can apreciate an Australian rugby match, they are playing hard, one player is kicking the ball trhough the other side. They are playing in a stadium, probably in Australia, the place where tis sport is played. The picture is focused in this one player who is kicking the ball, at his back stand the other team, wearing black and large socks that match with the upper body that is a black dry fit t-shirt for keep you fresh and ready to run long period of time. The team kicking wears a blue and yellow uniform with an eagle in their chests, their shorts are white, and socks blue. The blue team is looking really good physically, they dont seem tiered at all, otherways the one that is kicking the ball looks realle powerfull and with a lot of hope, like all his team, but the guy in black looks desesperated, tiered of running and with no an ounce of hope. Their faces shows how devastated they are.

This picture was taken in a poor neighboor in ciudad del cabo, south africa, in this photo the rugby national team is healping and teaching to some kids how to play rugby, one of the most popular sports in South Africa.
The Springboks rugby team looks very passionated in what their are teaching, what they best do, play rugby, ofcourse that the springboks have their uniforms and they wear them almost all time, but the kids from this poor town have no money, just for eating, so the clothes they wear are really small, it doesnt fit on them and they are rip and old.
You can see all of the in a rugby offencive line, one of the principal tacticts of this game, the ball is runing from the beginning to the bottom of this enormous line, from the fist kid to the last one. At the back of the springbookes is a reporter taking pictures of them teaching this kids how to play rugby.
Movie review Invictus
Invictus (2009)
MPAA rating: PG-13
Reviwed by: Julian Gatta
Gender: Sport drama
With: Matt Damond and Morgan Freeman
The 2006 movie Invictus is a true story that occurred in south africa, in the one Nelson Mandela (Morgan freeman) joined forces with Francois Pienar (Matt Damond), the captain of the national rugby team. to unify the country. The movie is about how Mandela used Rugby to unify South Africa. As a president, Mandela needed to do something about the raciall and economical problems that were attacking South Africa.
The movie was set in the year 1995 when Mandela was South Africa´s president. The Rugby World Cup took place in South Africa that same year. Clint Eastwood got inspired in the history of Mandela because he "moves oceans", what he had don was amazing, it is almost impossible to make such an enormous change in the history of a country with all the raciall and economical issues that were developing in South Africa. To unify a nation using rugby as a weapon is something really hard to do and much more in Shouth Africa because rugby was saw as an sport for "white people", it was like a separatist sport, no one colour guy would ever thought ever in playing rugby. One team, one nation is the technique that Mandela applyed in South Africa as a president. HE made people stop thinking rugby was a racist sport only played by white people. Nelson Mandela just talking with the people of South Africa convenced them to support the rugby national team, so at the end they´ll finish being one team, one nation all supporting their national team as the national symbol.
The movie is about this beutifull and also gloomy story of South Africa as a un-unified country who whent through horribles problemns of racism and inequality in social classes, almost the half of the population was starving and unemployed, economy was awful in South Africa between 1940 and 1995. in the actuality economy still being bad but not like it was twenty years ago.
Nelson Mandela after been in jail for years came out like the president of South Africa. He knows that the must made a change in the country, and the best idea he has was to unify the nation with a sport, like I said before one team, one nation. So, he puts all his effort in a single rugby team, riskung all he had as a president and riskin his country security too. Mandela and Pienare started working together to improve the efficiency of the rugby team to lead them to the final of the Rugby World Cup.
I personaly don´t recomend this movie, because the way the characters performs they rols is just not the indicated to this kind of movies, but it is also a charming story base on history facts. Something I highlight is the awesome casting this movie had, we are talking about Morgan Freeman and Matt Damond! Not to mention they are awesome actors I just think they dont fit in this movie. It would have been much better if the climax change a little bit and make it more tragic, also they could use more facts and politicals documents written by mandela when he was the president.

Letter to a friend, sport activity
Hey Jared!
How have you been? what is going on with that band you told me about a week ago?is everything working out? Well, I writing this letter to you, my closest friend, and I have some bad news. In the last rugbe match I pleyed, the fifteen aside champinship, we where almost winning the final, so close to be champions and to have the cup in our hands, only a few more minutes of match, Grange and Mackay where neck to neck, but the bad luck was in our side, so when Benjamin pased the ball to Diego, he accidentally performed an forward pass and the referee charged a penalty to Mackay, so Grange had to kick the ball to start, the number 9 of their team was a really good kicker so he tried his luck trusting in his abilities and made the shoot through the "H", unfortunatly he scored three points that changed everything. Only five more minutes in the clock and we where using all our tactics and techniques we had! I a second i saw an aperture in Granges defencive line so i decided to pass through there, I shouted loud and finaly recived the ball, I ran to the score line as fast as I could until I recived a tackle and crushed the "H" with my knee.
Im at home, with the leg immobilized, it hurts a lot. Doctors says that I will never walk again, I have to stay in bed all day long for one whole year. Sincerlly i´m not good, not good at all, Im afraid Jared, of all that could happen in the futer and in my life. will you pleas come to visit me in my place? It would be important for me to have my bro here for a while, i´ll feel better with you accompanying me.
I hope you come as soon as possible Jared.
Bye bro, take care, see you soon

Opinion essay
Global warming a real problem
In this opinion essay I will be discussing the issue of Global warming, the biggest environmental problem, this subject is very topical and affects many people in different ways, because they seem forced to change their lifestyles for ever. I will examine arguments for and against this topic and also draw a conclusion based on the facts.
"One of the fist thing scientists supporters of Global warming learn is that there are several gases responsible of warming and humans emit them in a variety of ways" says National geographic. I have seen how the Antarctic, the north and south pole are melting, the sea grows up and pollution levels in the air are rising, in addition, Natgeo also said that "most gases responsible of warming came from the combustion of fossil fuels in cars, factory's and electricity production."
It is a fact that the main responsible gas of warming is the carbon dioxide (Co2). This small particle is having an enormous impact in the ozone layer and is it almost destroying it, the solution to this problem is easy "Renewable energy", is the secret and the most powerful weapon to fight back the global warming. "With current technology, renewable energy sources like wind, solar, and geothermal can provide 96% of our electricity and 98% of our total heating demand accounting for almost all of our primary energy demand." says Greenpeace.org.
Eventually some scientists say that global warming doesn't exist, that is not happening. Christopher Booking say that " temperatures have been dropping since the past forty years, and that's not all, he states earth was hotter one thousand years ago, his researches show that " temperature where higher in what is known as the medieval warming period."
What I think is that Global warming exists and is a real problem, we can notice it by just looking through the window to the outside in a winter day an you will see the sun up in the sky with really high temperatures, or the ice melting in the poles, all this is the result of global warming.
In conclusion, we must fight against this problem, making use of the technology in a responsible way without producing more CO2, reducing electricity consumes, reusing materials and recycling trash. Solar power instead of electricity to reduce the consumes, and at the same time we can use not only solar power but also wind and hydroelectric power; in other words, "Clean Energy" free of pollution, contamination and CO2. With the implementation of this new system of energy the young generations of humans will grow up in a world without of warming and its consequences like pollution, and other environmental problems will have disappeared for ever.

It's not hard to see the result of our reliance on fossil fuels. The full impact of the BP Deepwater Horizon disaster may take a generation to reveal itself, but already hundreds of species of marine life have been affected, as have the communities that rely on the Gulf. Around the country, communities face devastating levels of water and air pollution as a result of coal burning power plants, which produce millions of tons of toxic sludge and smoke each year.
With current technology, renewable energy sources like wind, solar, and geothermal can provide 96% of our electricity and 98% of our total heating demand — accounting for almost all of our primary energy demand.

One of the first things scientists learned is that there are several greenhouse gases responsible for warming, and humans emit them in a variety of ways. Most come from the combustion of fossil fuels in cars, factories and electricity production. The gas responsible for the most warming is carbon dioxide, also called CO2. Other contributors include methane released from landfills and agriculture (especially from the digestive systems of grazing animals), nitrous oxide from fertilizers, gases used for refrigeration and industrial processes, and the loss of forests that would otherwise store CO2.q
